Lazy susan table
The table with rotating table top is dedicated to both restaurants and private customers. The table top is made of blockboard covered with oak veneer, while the table leg is made of powder-coated steel sheet. The choice of material for the top is to ensure resistance to drying, preventing its smooth rotation, while the leg finish protects it from mechanical damage resulting from use. To facilitate cleaning, the surface of the rotary table top is removable.
The inspiration for the creation of the project was the culture of eating meals in Mediterranean and Asian countries based on sharing meals. The rotating mechanism of the central part of the countertop is modeled on lazy susan trays.
The diameter of the top is 124 cm, providing comfort for up to six people. A characteristic element of the table is facing the rotating part of the table top with its remaining surface, giving it a modern character.
